Uniquely recently hosted an event at our Customer Engagement Centre in Dundalk, attended by several members of the CCMA. This event took place on the 30th of May and provided an excellent opportunity to showcase our award-winning operations.

Uniquely has been honoured with several CCMA awards, including the CCMA Manager of the Year 2023, Training Programme of the Year 2023 and Outsourced Partnership of the Year 2022.

Our host, Elizabeth Brown, winner of Industry Professional Manager of the Year, hosted the event. She provided valuable insights into our operations, covering essential topics such as recruitment, IT, training, operations and strategies for leading the way in customer engagement. Additionally, Paddy Cumeskey, Uniquely's Head of IT and Lorraine Murray, Uniquely's Head of Recruitment, discussed the future of their respective departments, providing further depth to the session

The event, titled "CCMA Members Forum - Uniquely - Leading the way in Customer Engagement," concluded with a tour of the operational floor, followed by breakout groups with Function Heads, allowing for a more detailed exploration of our unique approach to customer engagement.
